The McLennan County Commissioners Court authorized several procurements and professional service agreements during its special session.
The Court approved an agreement and related business associate agreement with HUB International to serve as the county's employee-benefits and group health plan consultant. The Court also approved an order form with Thomson Reuters for legal reference materials for the 170th District Court (Order ID Q-11722716); the order form lists a monthly product charge example ($496.30) and names Gina Long as the county account contact.
Separately, the Court authorized a Professional Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies for Enterprise Justice Forms and project management. The fixed-fee amount listed in the contract is $148,000 for project management and building 200 enterprise justice forms; the schedule sets staged payment upon delivery of groups of forms. The Tyler motion was approved pending legal review following a motion by Commissioner Smith and a second by Judge Felton.
Each authorization was approved on a recorded unanimous vote.
