Winhall clarifies RFP attachments, amendment contacts and submission deadlines for culvert and paving bids

At the April 10 pre-bid sessions the Town supplied a checklist of documents to attach to each culvert RFP: the Town of Winhall Flood Hazard Regulations, Municipal Roads Intermittent Stream Culvert Replacement Guidance (VT DEC), the Rivers and Roads Field Manual, and the VTrans Hydraulics Manual. The meeting record also noted that an email contact for Chicco Excavating was requested to be added for amendments and all future bids, though the transcript includes a typographical variant of that email address.
