Planning commission approves Pilot Travel Centers replat and right‑of‑way dedication
The commission approved a replat consolidating three recently rezoned Highway Service tracts at Hazelwood Drive and US 127 into one parcel, and accepted a five‑foot right‑of‑way dedication to help widen Hazelwood Drive as part of the development.

Jennifer Schneller, engineering representative for Pilot Travel Centers, asked the commission to approve a replat combining three parcels on the southwest corner of Hazelwood Drive and US 127 that were rezoned to Highway Service. She said the replat anticipates planned development and includes dedication of a five‑foot strip of right‑of‑way along the south side of Hazelwood Drive to facilitate widening the road and improve traffic circulation into the site.
