Stephen Pope represented Charline Andrews and explained the request to reclassify a 3.569‑acre parcel from Special Use Provision to Rural Residential and to split 1.192 acres to combine with neighboring parcels owned by Zachary Nickell. Pope said the change would create a consolidated 3.511‑acre Rural Residential parcel for the Nickells and leave Mrs. Andrews with about 2.48 acres; no new construction is proposed.
