Pope said the change would create a consolidated 3.511‑acre Rural Residential parcel for the Nickells and leave Mrs. Andrews with about 2.48 acres; no new construction is proposed.
Commissioners described the parcel as oddly shaped and agreed the reclassification would clean up boundaries. Celeste Caplinger moved to approve under Sections 804 and 1103.01 (Items B–I); the motion was seconded and passed by roll call.
