Kendall County approves Hill Country Energy subregional changes in 3-2 votes

On April 28 the Kendall County Commissioners Court approved two related actions affecting the Hill Country Energy Sub-Regional Planning Commission (HCESRPC): an amendment to the commission's by-laws and an amendment to the HCESRPC interlocal agreement. Both items passed by 3-2 recorded votes; Commissioners Richard Chapman and County Judge Shane Stolarczyk voted nay on each measure.
