Board selects Proposal B for Silver Bullet well; district engineer contract also approved
Trustees selected Proposal B to drill the Silver Bullet well (cited ability to begin in early July) and authorized staff to finalize a contract with the sole respondent to the District Engineer RFP; both motions passed unanimously.

The Board accepted staff’s recommendation and awarded the Silver Bullet well contract to Proposal B, chosen primarily because the contractor can start in early July. Trustee Jon “Otto” Blum moved to accept Proposal B; the motion carried with all trustees voting in favor (vote 7-0).
