Commissioners reviewed the Planning Commission bylaws, the accompanying resolution memo and the code of ethics and standards of conduct during the Jan. 14 meeting. A motion to accept the bylaws and the related resolution passed by recorded voice vote; commissioners then voted to accept the code of ethics and standards of conduct without proposed modifications.
A staff member told the commission there were no recommended changes to highlight at the start of the year. The acceptance was procedural and required no additional action unless the commission later proposes revisions.
