County staff presented a statement of work and addendum to the county contract with Harris Enterprise Resources to formalize responsibilities, staff assignments and implementation milestones for the ERP conversion. The conversion maps current processes and establishes who will perform tasks and when payments are tied to milestones. Brandon said Harris consultants who previously worked in the county’s prior product have domain knowledge that could shorten the timeline.
