Keith Gingery, Chief Deputy County Attorney, presented a resolution to appoint a special prosecutor identified as Melinkovich. Commissioner Natalia Macker moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Len Carlman seconded and the Board voted 4-0 to adopt the resolution.
