Union County hires structural engineer for Spiva Cove Road bridge replacement

Commissioner Harold Collins accepted an agreement between Sheats Structural Consulting, Inc. and Union County for limited structural-engineering services related to the Spiva Cove Road Bridge replacement over the Nottley River in an amount not to exceed $4,250. The agreement is effective March 17, 2026 and Carter Engineering Consultants will serve as the project's civil engineer.
