Jamieson updated the committee that the Brooklyn drainage and paving work is "winding down." He said the contractor is anticipating substantial completion late May but he would "probably say we're looking closer to mid to late June," and that the primary paving task has about three pours remaining before second‑stage work (sidewalks, sod, manhole and junction box cleanup) begins.
