The board approved adding Marissa Reeves as an authorized signer on the district's Nevada Bank and Trust account and removing a former signer after the district's contract with McMullen McPhee ended. The chair said the change will allow routine bank business to happen during normal business hours without requiring board members to travel for signatures.
