Jake McBee of Great River Engineering told the Commission that work on the Hinkle Bridge project (BRO-R108(46)) has slowed because of recent holidays and cold weather. Presiding Commissioner Joe Wilson signed a change order that will be submitted to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) to extend the construction timeline; the minutes record a new completion date of March 3.
