Rosebud County commissioners approved an encroachment permit allowing a water pipeline on Lee Ranch to cross Little Porcupine Creek Road; Chair instructed the landowner to complete the required county form for the road foreman's file.

The board approved a request to install a water pipeline that will cross Little Porcupine Creek Road on the Lee Ranch and then return to private property. The Chair said the landowner must complete an encroachment form so the road foreman has the location on file.
