Megan Kimsey informed the board she and legal counsel agreed on an interim approach to her voting role. "Until the ordinance revisions take place, and remove the SEO as a voting board member, she will abstain from all votes unless there is a tie. In the event of such situation, Kimsey will then vote," the board record states.
