Design Review Board approves multiple Eagle development projects, adds conditions on landscape and lighting
At its meeting the board recommended approval of a State Street right-of-way parking project, Val Nova townhomes (46 units), the 616 Vision Center building and signs, and multiple East End Marketplace applications. Each approval included staff-reviewed conditions for landscape, lighting, signage or plat/fence completion.
