Commissioners back Saint Anthony’s redevelopment and support HUD funding request
Developers asked Potter County to adopt a resolution supporting a HUD community project funding request for the redevelopment of the former St. Anthony’s Hospital into affordable housing; the court approved a resolution of support and the developer said the county would bear no direct liability if federal community project funds are awarded.
