County approves NVISAC membership; reporter asks if shared data will be public record

Laurie Gilbert, a local news director, asked whether communications on the platform would be subject to public records requests and retention requirements. Pratt acknowledged the question and offered to get written clarifications from the DA's office and the NVISAC about which information types would be publicly accessible and how retention would be handled. The board approved the $15,000 annual membership, with staff to follow up on legal/records guidance.
