Those invoices sum to $473,486.38; the Vectren payment adds $1,563.22, and the docket separately lists a $10,957.02 settlement for damage to county property.
"The docket includes invoice #1010862 for Safehouse Ministries Inc. in the amount of $10,540.00 and invoice #DEC2025 for Special Alternatives for Fam & Youth of OH Inc. in the amount of $200,665.81 for Job and Family Services," the minutes state. The resolutions appear on the consent portion of the agenda and are shown with the abbreviated sponsor list J.D. - M.M. - C.R. (Commissioners Dodge, McDonald and Rice).
No individual debate of the listed payments is recorded in the minutes; the board moved shortly afterward to recess for an executive session. The clerk certified the minutes and the meeting adjourned at 10:36 a.m.
