Fulton County commissioners approve routine business, appropriations and multiple contracts

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners convened Feb. 10, 2026, and approved routine business items including minutes from the Feb. 5 meeting, the day’s agenda and payment of bills in roll-call votes that passed 3-0. Commissioners Joe Short, Jon Rupp and Jeff Rupp handled motions and seconds throughout the session.
Among routine fiscal actions the board adopted Resolution 2026-104 to establish and increase several appropriation lines and authorize transfers, including a $110,000 transfer into the Bridge Material line for Engineering and multiple reallocations affecting Job & Family Services grant and shared-cost lines. The board also approved Resolution 2026-114 allowing use of a Purchase Order computer edit list and approved submitted travel requests. All motions passed unanimously.
