Conner Barnette raised a code-enforcement matter involving a person residing in a recreational vehicle on a small ditch on the south side of 39; the occupant reportedly is not the property owner and is purchasing the property by contract from an out-of-area owner. Commissioners discussed that the contract holder could void the contract to remove occupants but took no formal enforcement action at the Feb. 18 meeting.
Separately, Jerry Ault presented a graph of PASAR rates from 2016–2025 and requested that the county provide an option to convert comp time overtime to a cash payout. Commissioners asked staff for the total current comp time amount before considering the proposal and noted they would take the matter to Council for approval if appropriate.
