Wise County Commissioners approved multiple final plats and re-plats after County Engineer Chad Davis presented the submissions and variance requests. The roster included Skyfall Estate (Lots 1–4, Block 1, Precinct 2), Taylor Oaks (Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Precinct 3), Wild Oaks Hills Re-Plat (Phase 2, Lot 4R, Precinct 4) with a drainage-study variance, and Gardner Business Park Re-Plat (Lot 3-A & 4-A, Block 1, Precinct 1).
County Engineer Chad Davis was listed as the presenter for the plats and Commissioner Colby Shawn moved to approve; Commissioner Kevin Burns seconded. The Court unanimously adopted the motion to approve the plats and any variances as submitted. The approvals were recorded as official minutes and attachments were provided for the record.
