At the June 23 meeting the court approved all permits listed on the agenda by motion of Commissioner Brian Snellgrove and second by Commissioner Kenny Stewart; the minutes record a unanimous 3-0 vote. The minutes specifically name a permit for Diamondback E&P LLC located on County Road 3301 and state that all work is "to be bored and cased."
