Ruston Fire Department reports December metrics, says dispatching will shift back to Fire Com

Chief Bruce Allen presented the Ruston Fire Department's December 2025 monthly review. The minutes record a total-incident YTD figure of 165, volunteer hours for September (1,432) and YTD volunteer hours (19,273), and a current membership roster showing 17 members and 3 officers out of 25 positions. Allen said the department will return to Fire Com as its dispatcher and that the RFA process is advancing; two recruits are at Buckley Fire Academy.
