Mayor Hopkins told attendees at the Jan. 6 council meeting that the next regular meeting will include a 30-minute presentation by Terracotta on a proof-of-concept design for Building 15 in the Point Ruston development. The Mayor said the building has "stirred up controversy regarding height variances" but that the city has not yet received any building application from Terracotta.
