TerraCotta Group presented its plan for Site 15 at Point Ruston on Jan. 20, describing a low-density condominium project paired with a private athletic and wellness club and public-open-space improvements. The slides projected "more than $500 million" in investment and asked the City to designate two additional "prominent places" on Site 15 to allow the proposed massing and limited height increases under Ruston code (cited on slides as RMC 25.06.045).
