At its Oct. 13 meeting the Hemphill County Commissioners' Court reappointed Ochiltree County Sheriff Terry Bouchard to the Texas Panhandle Centers Board of Trustees for a two‑year term. Commissioner Dawn Webb moved the reappointment, Commissioner Dale Schafer seconded, and the motion carried unopposed.
