Ben Grotta of Invenergy joined the meeting to present corrected documents prepared by Glenn Kirbs' law office. Commissioner Janna Frydendall moved to approve the corrected documents as presented; Commissioner Randy Leis seconded and the motion carried 3-0. The minutes state the corrections were clerical and that the body of Invenergy’s documents was unchanged.
