Director of Finance Rebecca F. Guthrie reported that staff reviewed six proposals for investment consulting services for supplemental retirement plans and recommended Retirement Plan Advisors, LLC. The Board authorized staff to award the contract at a rate of 0.245 percent of plan assets, estimated to approximate $19,800 annually based on current assets.
