Ward County approves interlocal agreements for 911 location services and regional public defense
The Commissioners' Court unanimously approved two interlocal agreements: one with PBRPC for 911 location services and another with the Regional Public Defender for capital cases.

The Court approved an interlocal agreement with PBRPC for 911 location services after a motion by Commissioner Guy Thames, seconded by Commissioner Eddie Nelms; the vote was unanimous. Separately, the Court approved an interlocal agreement with the Regional Public Defender to provide defense services in capital cases (motion by Commissioner Nelms, seconded by Commissioner Hanna), also adopted unanimously.
