The court authorized Koy Blocker, acting as Martin County Judge Pro Tem, to approve and sign the joint contract with Grady Independent School District for the November 3, 2026 election. Commissioner Auggie Ramos moved the authorization and Commissioner Brian Snellgrove seconded; the court approved the delegation on a 4-0 vote.
