The court also approved several permits for roadway work and a driveway: Devonian Services LLC (road crossing on CR 2150-C), Enterprise Midland Basin Pipeline (road crossing on CR 1800 B) and IBEX Contractors (driveway on CR D5000). Commissioner Brian Snellgrove moved to approve all permits and Commissioner Ramos seconded; the court recorded unanimous approval. The minutes note that an item to open bids for the county depository contract was placed on the agenda in error and required no action.
