The commission voted to approve and authorize Chairman Wallace Knock to sign an agreement between Clark County and Asphalt Surface Technologies for microsurfacing county roads. Commissioner Terry Schlagel moved for approval and Commissioner Chris Sass seconded; all voted aye.
