Tioga County commissioners on Aug. 12 approved two change orders from contractor Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. for the Patterson Trailhead Facility. One change adds ADA access at the trailhead playground, including concrete sidewalks and a stable-surface rubber walkway, for $43,647. The second change order reduces the contract by $50,400 for deleting subgrade stabilization.
