Dennis Reep, the Board’s engineer, presented a draft of the 2027 Water Development Plan and listed potential projects the Board might consider: Puppy Dog Coulee detention, Des Lacs flood retention, Burlington Dam 3, Valley Street, snagging and clearing, and additional low-head dams.
