County Administrator Chad Kinsley presented an amendment to a memorandum of understanding addressing a grading and landscaping plan for a detention pond and provided commissioners with a previously requested handout of assessment values. Commissioner Merl Page moved to approve the MOU amendment; Deloyce McKee seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
