The board approved the proclamation and recognized Sergeant Bryce Whelpley of the sheriff’s office. The Interlocal Agreement for KWORCC was approved following a motion and second; the minutes also show approval of the Walk with a Doc and Holton Band courthouse lawn use requests (both 3–0), Change Orders 2025‑103 through 119 were approved as listed, and the April 3, 2026 payroll was approved. Most actions recorded unanimous 3–0 votes in the minutes; where a split vote is recorded it is identified in the minutes.
