The Jackson County Board entered an attorney-client executive session at 9:50 a.m. to discuss possible litigation and reopened at 10:01 a.m. with no action taken in open session. Later, at 10:36 a.m., the board entered a second executive session to discuss nonelected personnel regarding potential employment with Appraiser Kate Immenschuh; that session was extended and reopened at 10:55 a.m. with no action taken. The minutes note Chairman Mark Pruett left the meeting during the personnel session.
