Grant County Library Director Holly Mathes presented the library’s 2027 appropriation request on behalf of the library and its Board of Trustees. Mathes and board members Pam Patrick, Barb Hart, and Shirley Isbell informed the commissioners the request totals $541,554.62 for the Library Operating Fund and $106,183.54 for the Library Employee Benefit Fund, a combined request of $647,738.16 and a 25.37% increase over the previous year.
