The court approved funding a USDA-APHIS-administered non-lethal position to help producers deal with wolf depredation across Grant County. Judge Hamsher moved for approval; Commissioner Rowell seconded and the motion passed 3–0. The funding was taken from the unused portion of the county's 2025 state wolf grant and totals $36,253.56.
