Commissioners approve routine contracts and intergovernmental agreements
At its July 13 meeting Franklin County approved several routine agreements: an annual juvenile corrections services agreement, an IntelliPay ambulance payment contract, the Jones Simkins outside audit engagement, a Samsara fleet agreement, and a Four‑County mutual aid agreement. Franklin County commissioners approved a series of routine contracts and agreements during the July 13 meeting. The board accepted the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections Community Based Alternative Services and Substance Use Disorder Services Agreement (annual), which funds services for juveniles who cannot pay. The board also approved an IntelliPay agreement—recommended by Gold Cross Billing Services and approved by the Ambulance Board—to allow patient credit‑card payments for ambulance bills.
