The board adopted Resolution 2026-120 on Feb. 12 approving MOU 2026-21 between the Fulton County Commissioners and CCNO (Community Correction or County-contracted operator as referenced) to temporarily modify bed allocation under the 6th Amended Operational Agreement for the 2026 calendar year only.
