Joyce Bryant spoke during the public-comment period to express opposition to solar panels observed near her property and concern about impending subdivision development. "I was dismayed at the solar panels that were here... I just don't like them," Bryant said, adding that she feared the county would lose its character if subdivisions are allowed to proceed unchecked.
