Finance director: grants drove $1.475M decrease; revenues still exceed expenditures by $4.35M

Finance Director Willie Mack Carawan said the trial balance had been submitted to auditors and that financial statements showed an approximate $1.475 million decrease primarily related to grant spend-downs. He reported total revenues exceeded expenditures by about $4.35 million and that some lines appear over budget because of maintenance agreements and grant expenditures.
