The Floyd County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved pursuing a Seed Grant to update county E911 GIS data intended to improve 911 service and to meet the stated requirement of being ‘NEMA compliant,’ according to Chief Operations Officer Nick Creevy. Creevy presented proposals from WTH and Schneider and recommended WTH as the lower bid with more experience.
