Carla Seely, director of MESA, asked the board for use of 20 acres south of the county 4-H Extension Office and for $50,000 of county-provided services for improvements and water access. Commissioner Bradley moved to approve the request and Commissioner Vickrey seconded; the motion carried 4-1 with Commissioner White recorded in opposition.
