The Board accepted the base bid for the Fairgrounds project in the amount of $921,735, excluding Option A for restrooms. Jay Brower and representatives from Rio Verde Engineering presented the project details prior to the vote. Commissioner Bradley moved to accept the base bid; Commissioner Stephens seconded the motion. The vote carried 4-1 with Chairman Lynn Bernard opposed.
