DRB to keep current rules while member drafts updates; VLCT consulted

Zoning Administrator Peter Brabazon said he consulted the Vermont League of Cities and Towns for suggested edits and presented several recommendations to the board. Members agreed by consensus to continue using the current rules document for now while Shoener prepares a more detailed set of proposed changes for future consideration.
No formal vote to change the rules was taken at the meeting; the board’s consensus was to sign the existing document and review Shoener’s suggested updates at a later date.
