County Commissioner Celeste Myers introduced Resolution R2026-2, describing the county's concern that an interpretation of the regional public health rule prevents septic systems in subdivisions that haul water to sites more than 180 days a year. "This is extremely impactful to our county because we do have several subdivisions that would not be eligible then to have septic system implemented," County Commissioner Celeste Myers said, citing Cedar Mountain, Deer Springs Ranch and Bryce Woodland as examples.
