At the May 6 special meeting, President Darnell moved to approve Draw Request #19 for bills related to the Village wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project in the amount of $165,626.28. Trustee Rebecca Coley seconded the motion, which the minutes record as carrying unanimously.
